Salary: As a Financial Representative Trainee, you can expect a starting hourly wage of $16/hour, with the potential to earn up to $36,000 annual base plus monthly sales incentives after successful completion of licensing and onboarding requirements. Additionally, you will be eligible for benefits, including a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match, as well as paid time off and sick leave.

Job Description: In this role, you will participate in a comprehensive program designed to develop your skills in providing holistic financial advice to clients. You will contribute to classroom discussions, set and evaluate progress, demonstrate sales process competencies, and gain direct sales experience in marketing individual insurance products. You will also cultivate strong relationships with internal business partners and acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this position, you must be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for innovation and customer service. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
