We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Representative Trainees. As a member of our dynamic team, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop the skills necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products.
About the Role:
- You will participate in a comprehensive program that includes self-study and hands-on-experience projects, all tailored to a structured curriculum.
- Upon successful completion of licensing and onboarding requirements, you will be promoted to a Financial Representative with a competitive annual base salary of $36,000 plus monthly sales incentive opportunities.
- You will have access to an education-based Accelerator Program designed to transition you into an independent Financial Advisor.
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive starting hourly wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- The opportunity to earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- 11 paid holidays in 2024, including 2 floating holidays that can be used at your discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to successfully achieve the criteria of the Trainee Program.
- Ability to pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job, with a maximum of 2 attempts at the Life and Health exam.
- Passing the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing, as required by the training program criteria.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
As a member of our team, you will be expected to travel up to 50% of the work period, hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have access to reliable transportation to attend appointments and meetings.
