About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for events to join our team. As a Global Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing powerful event marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and elevate customer engagement worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the Strategy: Develop and implement a bold, global events marketing strategy aligned with Oritain's vision and objectives.
  • Plan & Execute: Plan, manage, and execute a dynamic calendar of events, from large-scale trade shows to intimate conferences, webinars, and cutting-edge virtual events.
  • Collaborate & Lead Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Drive Engagement: Generate excitement and engagement before, during, and after events through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Budgets & Logistics: Oversee every detail, from budgeting to on-the-ground logistics, ensuring events deliver measurable results.
  • Analyse & Optimize: Analyze performance, assess metrics, and refine event strategies to continuously improve ROI and meet business objectives.
  • Build Relationships & Influence: Cultivate strong partnerships with event organizers, industry influencers, vendors, and stakeholders to amplify our voice in the market.

Requirements:

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive Experience in Marketing Events: At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in events marketing, consistently delivering high-impact events.
  • Master of Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Communicator and Negotiator: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-Savvy Marketer: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and event management tools.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working in a global or multinational organization, managing diverse teams and audiences.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid Working: Work from our downtown offices in Washington, D.C. or NYC two days a week.
