Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics of building systems and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential issues
  • Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests as needed
  • Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to complete projects and repairs
Requirements
  • Technical training or experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing
  • 2+ years of experience in a property maintenance setting
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • EPA licensing or ability to become registered
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment as well as industrial/warehouse type environments both indoors and outside. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
