This is a remote, contract position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding for various roles within the construction industry.
  • Identify and attract candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a continuous influx of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into job requirements and provide ongoing updates regarding the recruitment status.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to monitor candidates and enhance the recruitment workflow.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Offer recommendations to hiring managers based on candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and reports related to recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Approximately three years of recruitment experience, particularly in high-volume settings.
  • Prior experience in recruiting for the construction industry or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
