YOUR ROLE:
  • Oversee the Maintenance team to ensure timely and professional completion of resident work orders and make-ready units.
  • Implement preventive maintenance protocols and effectively communicate any deferred maintenance issues to the Property Manager.
  • Availability for on-call duties as part of a team rotation is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the multifamily sector.
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • A valid U.S. Driver's License is mandatory.
  • HVAC Certification Required: Type II or EPA Universal.
  • CPO Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
