We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at i4 Search Group Healthcare. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples and provide accurate results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate communication of test results.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory procedures meet regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Certification as MLS, MLT, CLS, MT, or equivalent by a national recognized accreditation agency.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
