Job Summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Guest Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our airport parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and Greet Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to each guest, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Assist with Parking Operations: Support guests at exit and entry lanes, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Partner with Team Members: Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure all work areas are clean and safe, adhering to company standards.
  • Stay Informed and Adaptable: Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and IT systems, and adapt to changes as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Education or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the English language.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate Apple technology products, including iPhone and iPad tablets.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and work in inclement weather.
