- Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, including active listening.
- Experience with team building and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Competitive pay, starting at $15.50 per hour plus commission opportunities.
