Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Technician to become a vital part of our operations team. This role focuses on the fabrication of both rigid and flexible metal tubing, essential for various applications including hydraulic fuel, pneumatic systems, and exhaust installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on materials, assemblies, and finished products.
  • Plan, layout, fabricate, assemble, and repair metal tube assemblies and fixtures.
  • Utilize hand tools for hose assembly preparation, including fitting connections and applying necessary materials.
  • Set up and operate various equipment for cutting, deburring, and sizing metal components.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical documents to manufacture a range of metal tubes.
  • Measure and verify specifications such as angular dimensions and wall thickness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with relevant experience or training in metal fabrication. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
