Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and support services to seniors in independent or assisted living settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers.
  • Provide medication reminders, document client conditions, and report any concerns to a supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe environment with clear pathways.
  • Engage clients in enjoyable activities such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Compassionate demeanor, effective communication skills, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
