Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and validating requirements; capturing comprehensive descriptions of system capabilities and functionalities; ensuring that the project team has well-defined, consistent, and verifiable requirements documented.
- Overseeing modifications to requirements.
- Supporting Change Management processes and Engineering Review Boards (ERBs).
- Collecting and reporting relevant metrics.
- Utilizing Cameo System Modeler.
- Creating presentations and briefings.
- Collaborating with stakeholders (Product Owners and Project Managers) to refine and solidify requirements.
- Maintaining the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Participating in peer reviews of requirements documentation.
- Working closely with software development, testing, and management teams; adhering to project timelines and milestones; providing regular status updates to management.
- Coordinating system development tasks, including design, integration, and formal testing.
- Overseeing all transitions into production.
- Developing and finalizing actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements, and other related disciplines.
- Creating and maintaining programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
- Managing and documenting system configurations.
- Ensuring compatibility and performance metrics of system hardware and software.
The candidate must have an active secret clearance.
A Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or a High School Diploma with 13 years of experience is required.
Physical Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable with extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 10-15 pounds is necessary.
Travel Requirements
Travel is expected to be less than 10% of the time.
