The Opportunity

As an IT Business Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will have the chance to work with an Agile team to develop digital products that support clients' most pressing missions. You will be responsible for identifying clients' business needs, gathering user requirements, and developing user stories. Your role will involve working with architects, developers, testers, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, and subject matter specialists to deliver high business value products to clients and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop software requirements, use cases, and supporting documentation
  • Work in cross-functional, Agile teams to design large-scale digital experiences that meet business objectives
  • Support onsite client work in Norfolk, VA
  • Obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, including Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch
  • Experience with facilitating stakeholder interviews and creating personas, user journeys, and user observations
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working with the Military
  • Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
