Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional environment. This role is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and performing administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management
    • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Phone and Email Communication
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
    • Handle inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate contact.
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Assist with ordering and managing office supplies.
    • Support various administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Customer service orientation.

Pay Rate and Shift

$12-$14 depending on experience

M-F 7:30am-5pm
