About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned RN with strong leadership skills to provide guidance and support to patients and families. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing your clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans. Your expertise will enable you to effectively communicate pertinent patient information to the healthcare team and participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality patient care
  • Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement effective nursing care plans
  • Effectively communicate patient information to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Requirements
