Early Childhood Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Specialist to lead our childcare program at Todd Brownlee Inc. This full-time position comes with a salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children, including those with special needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Establish strong relationships with parents through regular communication, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
- Conduct thorough observations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted intervention strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to ensure seamless transitions and a cohesive approach to childcare.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a childcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Advanced certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., Special Needs).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children, families, and colleagues.
