Preschool Teacher

Todd Brownlee Inc is hiring a Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $52,000 - $70,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in young children.
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering socialization and emotional intelligence in children.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including assessments, observations, and goal-setting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement themed events, outings, and activities that enhance the learning experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents through regular newsletters, parent-teacher conferences, and open houses.

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching preschool-age children, preferably in a group setting.
• Certificate in First Aid/CPR and ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
