EHS Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an EHS Manager to coordinate safety and environmental programs, ensuring the safety of all employees and protection of the environment through compliance with regulations and policies.

Main Responsibilities
• Manage worker's compensation program for all employees
• Develop and implement programs to eliminate environmental & safety hazards
• Drive a management-supported and employee-driven safety culture
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal Environmental and Safety regulations
• Participate in front-end process engineering events focusing on risk assessment and evaluation of new processes

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in safety or equivalent technical field
• Previous experience managing worker's compensation claims
• Experience with OSHA and other Safety programs preferred
