Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Process Owners to develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation across various company activities.
- Oversee the internal Document Management System (DMS) to ensure it evolves with our dynamic startup environment.
- Edit and format documents to align with our Quality System and ISO standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with established quality benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in document control systems and processes.
- Assist team members with compliance procedures and tools, fostering a culture of adherence throughout the organization.
- Engage with multiple departments, including Management, Operations, Sales, and R&D, to ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations.
- Represent our company positively, embodying our core values in all interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong understanding of document control principles and best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling confidential information with care.
