Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Process Owners to develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation across various company activities.
  • Oversee the internal Document Management System (DMS) to ensure it evolves with our dynamic startup environment.
  • Edit and format documents to align with our Quality System and ISO standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with established quality benchmarks.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in document control systems and processes.
  • Assist team members with compliance procedures and tools, fostering a culture of adherence throughout the organization.
  • Engage with multiple departments, including Management, Operations, Sales, and R&D, to ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations.
  • Represent our company positively, embodying our core values in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong understanding of document control principles and best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of handling confidential information with care.
