Clinical Professional for Child Development

As a BCBA on our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded clinicians nationwide, fostering your personal and professional development through 1:1 mentorship and regular trainings.
This role offers unique opportunities for growth and flexibility, including up to 75% remote work possibilities and quarterly bonuses based on seasonal billable targets.
Responsibilities- You will oversee Kyo client programs, managing staff implementation of ABA services and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Serve as a responsible supervisor for BCBA trainees, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Conduct observations and assessments in various settings, developing tailored treatment plans for clients and communicating regularly with families, teachers, and staff about progress.
- Design and deliver training sessions for parents, professionals, and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in regional or company-wide clinical projects while maintaining a manageable caseload.
