Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Bartender to become a part of our dynamic team at Sushi Tokyo. In this position, you will be tasked with taking drink orders, providing beverage recommendations, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment, and crafting a diverse range of classic and innovative cocktails. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and possess a strong passion for mixology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process drink orders efficiently
  • Ensure patrons meet legal drinking age requirements and adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations regarding alcohol service
  • Handle payments and operate the cash register
  • Manage inventory by ordering, maintaining, and restocking bar supplies and ingredients
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for the bar, including thorough cleaning and sanitation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is advantageous
  • Certification in mixology or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with alcoholic beverages and bar menu offerings
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic drinks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service and time management abilities
  • Strong teamwork skills
Compensation: $50.00 per hour
