Senior HR Manager - Manufacturing

As a Senior HR Manager - Manufacturing at Amsted Rail Company Inc, you will be responsible for managing HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with employees and management to communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Support Benefit Open Enrollment, Tobacco Cessation Program, Ethics/Harassment Compliance Training, Employee Development Planning, FMLA Employee Interface, New Hire Onboarding, VOP Event Coordination, and Talent Acquisition Activities.
  • Facilitate and/or provide training to the workforce.
  • Manage the on-site wellness clinic.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
