Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care and support, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
* Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of individualized patient care plans
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in patient care or a related field; EMT or CNA certification a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
