At NavitsPartners, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiving Professional to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated nursing assistant to provide exceptional patient care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized patient care and support to maintain a high level of comfort and well-being.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring patients as needed.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting.
  • Graduate of an approved CNA program.
  • Current CAN Certification.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
