About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Executive to join our team at Westlake. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical, electrical, and controls staff to ensure safe and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures, ensuring a zero-harm culture within the organization.
  • Oversee and direct all maintenance-related functions to guarantee plant operations maintain safety compliance.
  • Manage safety incidents, ensuring protocols are followed and maintained.
  • Utilize problem-solving techniques to resolve complex manufacturing problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing issues.
Requirements
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) knowledge is essential.
  • Computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office is required.
  • CAD and SAP enterprise software experience is desired.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $90K - $117K per year, reflecting market rates across various US locations.
