Role Summary:

  • Curriculum Leadership: Spearhead the design and execution of a dynamic VPK curriculum.
  • Teacher Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to assistant educators to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Family Engagement: Build strong partnerships with families through consistent communication regarding student development.

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Educational Credentials:
    • Current DCF 45 Hours certification.
    • Active CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education.
    • VPK Certification required.
  • Training Requirements:
    • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
    • Successful background screening.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
