Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the lending staff for member mortgage loan requests.
  • Ensure loan documentation is in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process applications, verify accuracy, and follow up with members and lending staff to obtain all required documentation.
  • Assist branches and loan officers with real estate functions, including responding to requests, answering phones, applying payments, and performing necessary corrections and maintenance.
  • Respond to member inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely manner, taking ownership to resolve issues within given authority.
  • Maintain the integrity of the member relationship management solution and sales program by accurately recording and tracking member encounters.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with loan origination systems or banking systems preferred.
  • Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
  • Competitive team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to change.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.
