We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lending staff, ensuring loan documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Process loan applications, verify accuracy, and follow up with members and lending staff to obtain required documentation.
• Assist branches and loan officers with real estate functions, responding to requests, answering phones, and performing necessary corrections and maintenance.
• Respond to member inquiries, requests, and problems, taking ownership to resolve issues within given authority in a timely manner.
• Maintain the integrity of our member relationship management solution and sales program by accurately recording and tracking member encounters.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with loan origination systems or banking systems preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
• Competitive team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to change.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.
