Equipment Installation and Repair Technician

As a CNC Maintenance Technician at HyPro Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex machinery, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of equipment.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and repair failures in mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
- Technical Skills: Proven capability to identify failures and troubleshoot in a variety of equipment. Knowledge of machine tools, including lathes, mills, drills, grinders, and multi-spindle machines.
- Soft Skills: Experience and mindset for proper safety protocols; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive and self-motivated individual.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
