Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Selector to join our team at Martin Brower. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate selection of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Selection and Fulfillment: Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders, and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Warehouse Sanitation and Organization: Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Age and Physical Demands: Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Work Experience: 0 to 6 plus months of general work experience.
