Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABA Home Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of ABA therapy services in accordance with best clinical practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field, and BCBA certification. At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders is required.

The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs, managing case management activities, and providing training to parents and caregivers. The candidate will also be responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to clinical staff, and for conducting functional behavior assessments.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with children on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.
