Job Responsibilities:
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus ($5,000 for day shift)
As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you will conduct laboratory and phlebotomy testing to support our clinical operations. You will possess a thorough understanding of the clinical implications of lab results and will expertly manage our advanced instrumentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Adhering to established safety protocols, including Universal Precautions and proper use of safety equipment.
- Conducting routine and specialized maintenance on laboratory equipment.
- Providing training on laboratory procedures to fellow Technologists and Technicians.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field
- Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists is required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
