Position Overview

  • Typical schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm; Thu 9:00 am - 7:00 pm; Fri 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Your Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Manager, you will handle daily front office operations to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
  • Deliver exceptional patient service with empathy and care, adhering to company policies, regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure outstanding patient care.
  • Consult with patients regarding treatment options, verify insurance payments, and maintain high-quality care standards.
  • Under the Manager's guidance, oversee and support the daily tasks of the non-clinical team.
  • Analyze daily data to assess its impact on practice performance.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
  • Handle insurance payment verification, collection, nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data utilization
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in sales is a plus
