Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead our food production team at Evolution Bar & Bistro, part of Gourmet Grove Restaurant Group. Our restaurant offers an elevated pub fare experience with a distinctive European inspiration.
- Key Responsibilities:
Cook and prepare high-quality dishes according to specifications and standards.
Work with the Commis Chef in managing station setup to Executive Chef's standards.
Work his or her station during service.
Help with deliveries and restocking.
Assist/Manage with stock rotation.
Maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
Understand and assist with training on how to properly use all necessary kitchen equipment.
Know how to sharpen and use knives properly.
Have a competent level of spoken and written English.
Report to the Chef de Cuisine.
Hold Serv-Safe certification.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food production and kitchen management.
Proficiency in fine dining, restaurant, or banquet settings.
Strong skills in food preparation and presentation.
Knowledge of inventory control practices.
Experience in kitchen management is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
Day shift, evening shift, and night shift.
Experience in food production: 1 year (Required).
English (Required).
ServSafe (Required).
Relocation to Manchester, NH 03101 required before starting work.
In-person work location.
