Job Description

At Cannon USA, we are seeking a skilled Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global player in reactive polymer processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical repairs to equipment and machinery
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support
  • Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and maintenance
  • Assist in final testing of new products and conformance to quality requirements

Requirements:

  • Technical degree preferred with 2-3 years of related experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
