About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Transportation Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our Vancouver Transportation and Public Works team, you will be responsible for leading transportation projects and collaborating with our talented team of civil engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transportation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, to develop and implement project plans.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and EITs to help them grow in their careers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including specification writing and engineering cost estimate preparation.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and helping to drive client relationships.
Requirements
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington and/or Oregon is preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in public works transportation, with a focus on project management.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and specification writing.
  • Strong business development skills and ability to drive client relationships.
