Job Summary:

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:

As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing functional rehabilitation to children with complex neurological injuries. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
Regularly reassess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
Communicate patient progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless care and enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations
Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job
