About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, transfer stock from storage to the bar area, and ensure timely restocking.
  • Table and Bar Maintenance: Clear and reset tables and bar areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Sanitation and Organization: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar, storage area, and bathrooms.
  • Customer Service Support: Assist bartenders with customer service needs, providing a positive and attentive experience for our patrons.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Participate in opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar area is prepared for service and secure at the end of the shift.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to safe handling and cleanliness standards at all times, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Actively participate in our social media program by sharing company content and promoting our brand.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management.
About You
  • Availability: Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Motivation and Drive: Highly motivated and goal-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a barback or bar/restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Training: Alcohol awareness training is preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, walking, sitting, stooping, bending, and reaching. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
