HomeWell Care Services is seeking a highly skilled Recruiter and Office Administrator to join our team. As a Recruiter and Office Administrator, you will be responsible for recruiting and retaining caregivers, processing applications and employment inquiries, and assisting with hiring decisions.

You will work closely with our Operations Leadership team to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, liability insurance, worker's compensation, reemployment benefits, and paid time-off (PTO).

The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical and HR, preferably in home care recruiting. They should also possess a positive attitude under pressure and be able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.
