Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair work on our tools, adhering to maintenance plans and repair orders.
  • Tool Analysis: Analyze damage patterns on our injection molding tools and recommend replacement parts.
  • Documentation: Accurately document maintenance and repair work in our SAP system.
  • Tool Provision: Assist in the provision and shipment of tools as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of process flows and product quality through Kaizen initiatives.
  • Hot Runner Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on hot runner systems from various manufacturers.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Completed training as a tool mechanic, precision mechanic, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: First-hand experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility.
  • Work Style: Independent and conscientious work style.
  • Shift Work: Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation.
  • Forklift License: Forklift license advantageous.
