We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, efficiently operating the point-of-sale system, and supporting the Store Management Team with sales generation, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries, resolving issues in a professional manner, and offering product recommendations.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining security of cash and merchandise.
  • Support the Store Management Team by participating in sales initiatives, conducting visual merchandising tasks, and contributing to inventory management.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring the store is secure.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company initiatives to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
