Nurse Partnership Opportunity in Cardiac Telemetry

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for newly graduated nurses to join our team at Mercy Washington's Cardiac Telemetry Unit. As a Graduate Nurse Partnership Program participant, you will have the chance to work alongside a close friend or classmate, providing exceptional care to patients with various cardiac conditions.
Our 35-bed unit is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care, and we strive to create an environment that fosters clear communication, accountability, mutual respect, and teamwork. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4, and Patient Care Associates are available to assist as needed.
The program guarantees the same schedule for participants and their friends for the first six months of service, providing peace of mind and reassurance during this transition period. Additionally, participants can enjoy a $15,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, competitive rates, and other benefits.
We also offer a range of incentives, including:
- Stay Premium Program - up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service
- Education Assistance - up to $20,000 loan forgiveness for new grad nurses
- Tuition Reimbursement - $2,000 per year

To be eligible for this program, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Able to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
