About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering a patient-centered approach and adhering to evidence-based practices. Your expertise will help ensure seamless communication among healthcare professionals, while your passion for quality improvement will drive positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Direction: Provide expert guidance on patient care, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, state statutes, and professional practice standards.
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments, identifying subtle or actual changes in patients' status and responding accordingly.
- Nursing Plan Development: Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized plans of care, prioritizing realistic and measurable goals.
- Education and Support: Teach patients and families about their care, promoting self-management and empowerment.
- Quality Improvement: Evaluate nursing practice, implementing recommendations to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or comparable residency from another organization.
Compensation
We offer an attractive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
