Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Ventura Business Management. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in connecting with potential customers, explaining the benefits of our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct targeted residential outreach to promote our products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Outgoing personality, approachable demeanor, and a strong reputation for excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
