Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Six months of retail sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
