Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Stratford Rehabilitation Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring that our facility meets the highest standards of care and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Supervise and train nursing assistants to ensure that they are providing excellent care to residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a valid compact license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
