Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client files, data entry, and phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing correspondences
  • Providing administrative support to attorneys and staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the legal or administrative field, preferably in a law office setting
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel, with typing speed of at least 45 wpm
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
