Job Description

This is a full-time position as an Administrative Legal Assistant with a starting salary of $60,000 per year (or more, depending on experience). In this role, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and staff, including:

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing client files and data
  • Preparing and scanning documents
  • Entering data into our system
  • Answering phone calls and collecting information
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Taking accurate messages and transferring calls according to protocol
