Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product issues, orders, and account status.
  • Claims Processing
    • Process and analyze claims for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.
    • Facilitate the resolution of claims to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Order Management
    • Process customer orders received through various channels, including EDI, telephone, fax, email, and mail.
    • Enter orders into the SAP system efficiently and accurately.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Pull reports from the CRM and SAP systems to share with internal and external customers.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma required; AA or BA degree preferred.
    • Minimum of three years of customer contact experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Working knowledge of computers, AS400, and SAP systems.
    • Proven data entry skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
