Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel, as well as resolving inquiries related to orders and quotes.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding order tracking, expedited shipping, and product availability.
  • Execute order entry processes at both the sales invoicing level and for product requests from supply facilities.
  • Inform customers about potential backorders, credit issues, order status, and any other relevant order information.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the sales center and production departments, gathering necessary information and providing appropriate responses.
  • Handle all required documentation for the daily operations of the sales center.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the door industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of staff and customers.
  • Proficient in using PCs and related software, including MS Word, Excel, Access, and Lotus Notes.
  • Solid mathematical skills are essential.
  • Desire to learn about products and processes, and to collaborate effectively within a team.
